No. All you had to do was pay attention to the news during his two terms in office to dislike him. He was a liar before he was ever elected, he was a liar during his two terms of office, and he is a liar now. If he had been paying attention to world and domestic events instead of getting some in the study off the Oval Office, there is a chance 9/11 might not have happened. Whenever he is asked about Syria offering Bin Laden to him and him refusing, Clinton gets mad and says there were no charges to hold him on. But in fact there were. Al Qaeda was responsible for the first World Trade Center bombing in 1993–Bill’s first year in office. But Clinton told Syria to let bin Laden go.
Then he lied under oath and was later disbarred by the New York State Bar Association.
